NVISO Security is seeking a Service Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of Managed Detection and Response services for private and governmental clients. You will coordinate with the security operations team to ensure timely, high-quality service, monitor SLAs, and guide onboarding with client teams.

The role requires 3-4 years in service delivery management, a Bachelor's degree, and strong knowledge of security operations and incident response.

• Ensure SLAs are met with the security operations team
• Document and follow service delivery processes
• Monitor service delivery performance and identify improvements
• Collaborate with sales to align delivery with client needs
• Develop and maintain client relationships
• Provide regular reporting on service delivery to senior management
• Coordinate onboarding of new clients with NVISO and client teams
