DKV Belgium, part of the Munich Re Group, seeks a Cybersecurity Service Delivery Manager in Brussels. You will lead implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity controls, ensure they are embedded in daily IT operations, and align with Group standards.

You will bridge DKV IT and Group Security, focusing on execution, service delivery, and security-by-design across the organization.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in cybersecurity operations, engineering, or service delivery.
• Proven track record in implementing security controls in enterprise environments.
• Broad knowledge of cybersecurity domains: network, endpoint security, IAM, vulnerability management and monitoring.

Responsabilités

• Cybersecurity Operations & Controls: implement and operate controls across infrastructure, networks, platforms and apps.
• Security Service Delivery: oversee security services (SOC, vulnerability management, IAM) and ensure integration into IT processes.
• Security-by-Design: embed security into IT projects and production readiness.
• Compliance Support: assist with audits, evidence collection, and remediation efforts.
