RDN CONS is hiring a Dutch-speaking customer support representative to join a global e-commerce team. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assist with orders, payments, and returns, and document interactions in internal systems from a fully remote setup based in Greece.

The role emphasizes a customer-centric mindset, strong communication skills, and the willingness to relocate permanently to Greece.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1-C2).
• Good English communication skills (minimum B2).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills and confidence using multiple applications.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Willingness to relocate permanently to Greece.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, payments, returns, and account-related inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems.
• Work closely with different departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Follow company procedures and quality standards.
