RDN CONS is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support specialist for a fully remote role based in Greece. You will handle orders, inquiries, payments, returns, and account issues via phone, email, and chat.

The role offers relocation support, paid training, private health insurance, and career growth within an international e-commerce organization. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1-C2).
• Good English communication skills (minimum B2).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills and confidence using multiple applications.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, payments, returns, and account-related inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems.
• Work closely with different departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Follow company procedures and quality standards.
