RDN CONS is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support specialist to join a global e-commerce leader. The role is fully remote from Greece with relocation support for a permanent move.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assist with orders, payments, returns, and accounts, and resolve issues promptly while documenting interactions and collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1-C2) required.
• Good English communication skills (minimum B2).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer skills and confidence using multiple applications.
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, payments, returns, and account-related inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems.
• Work closely with different departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Follow company procedures and quality standards.
