Torrey Holistics is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our international team. This fully remote role is based in Greece and includes a relocation package to help you move.

You will assist customers with orders, payments, returns, and account inquiries via phone, email, and chat. You’ll work across departments to resolve issues swiftly while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1-C2).
• Good English communication skills (minimum B2).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, payments, returns, and account inquiries.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions in internal systems with accuracy.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely issue resolution.
