WW Talents is hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agent to join an international team located in Athens, Greece. The role is fully remote with rotating shifts, handling Dutch and English inquiries via phone, chat, and email.

You will receive fully paid training, relocation support to Greece, onboarding, and ongoing coaching as part of the employment package. No recruitment fees are charged at any stage.

Qualifications

• Fluent/native-level Dutch.
• English B2 or higher.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional customer support in Dutch via inbound phone, chat, and email.
• Assist customers with product and service inquiries.
• Resolve inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service quality.
• Follow established processes, procedures, and scripts.
• Maintain a positive, helpful, customer-focused approach.
