Torrey Holistics is seeking a Dutch-speaking customer support specialist for a fully remote role based in Greece. You will handle orders, payments, returns, and inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction from an international environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent Dutch (C1-C2).
• Good English (B2).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to relocate permanently to Greece.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email and chat.
• Assist customers with orders, deliveries, payments, returns and account inquiries.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Document interactions accurately using internal systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolutions.
