Job summary

WW Talents seeks a Customer Support Representative to deliver professional, empathetic service across markets from Porto, Portugal (onsite). You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information to ensure high-quality experiences for customers.

The role requires Dutch fluency and English at C1 level, with 24/7 rotational shifts and accommodation support for relocations. A welcome bonus of €4,000 is provided, with €1,100 gross per month and additional daily food allowance.

LOCATION:

Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:

Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries


• €7.63 food allowance per working day


• Welcome Bonus - €4,000 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
