Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a bilingual customer support agent to join their Porto, Portugal onsite team. You will respond to inquiries in Dutch and English, understand client needs, and provide solutions in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.

Relocation may be considered with accommodation support; a welcome bonus is provided, and the role includes shifts across the week. You will deliver high-quality service across multiple markets.

Job description

LOCATION: Porto, Portugal (Onsite)-Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Portugal. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

WORKING SCHEDULE:Monday to Sunday; 24/7 rotational shifts; 5 days/week, 8 hours/day

COMPENSATION:

• €1,100 gross/month paid over 14 salaries
• €7.63 food allowance per working day
• Welcome Bonus - €4,000 This bonus will be paid in 12 monthly instalments (1/12 per month) during the first year of employment
