Job summary

Spotable BV is seeking a Field Sales Representative to grow the Dutch market. You will be the face of Spotable in the Netherlands, owning your region and driving customer acquisition and product adoption.

You will visit contractors, demonstrate how Spotable improves sales workflows, convert leads, and build a robust pipeline. The role requires travel across the Netherlands and strong Dutch communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales, account management or business development.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the Netherlands.
• Fluent in Dutch with English for internal collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Visit roofing and façade contractors across the Netherlands to demo Spotable.
• Convert inbound leads via product demos and field events into paying customers.
• Build pipeline through field visits, events, referrals, cold outreach.
• Support onboarding to ensure active platform usage.
• Represent Spotable at trade shows and industry events.
• Develop relationships with contractors and key stakeholders.
• Gather market insights on pricing, materials and needs.
• Define territory strategy with CRO and expansion team.
• Identify reseller, distributor, or supplier partnerships.
• Own territory, pipeline and results.
