Spotable, an AI-powered platform for roofing and façade contractors, seeks a Field Sales Representative in the Netherlands. You will own your region, drive customer acquisition, and build relationships with contractors to accelerate adoption of Spotable’s 3D measurement and quotation tools.

You will travel regularly, demo the product on-site, and collaborate with the CRO and expansion teams to shape territory strategy and partnerships. Fluency in Dutch and good English are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales, account management or business development.
• Enjoy being on the road and talking directly with customers.
• Ambitious, competitive and motivated by building something new.
• Understand how contractors and construction companies operate and make money.
• Structured to plan territory, pipeline and targets.
• Curious about technology and able to explain software.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Fluent in Dutch; good English for internal collaboration.
• Willing to travel regularly across the Netherlands.
• Desire to grow with Spotable and impact the Dutch market.

Responsabilités

• Visit roofing and façade contractors across the Netherlands and demonstrate Spotable’s value.
• Convert inbound leads, product demos and field events into paying customers.
• Build and manage your pipeline through field visits, events, referrals, cold outreach.
• Support onboarding of new customers and ensure active platform usage.
• Represent Spotable at trade shows, distributor events and industry gatherings.
• Develop relationships with contractors and key stakeholders in the Dutch market.
• Gather pricing, materials and customer needs insights for strategy.
