Cross Border Talents in Antwerpen, Belgium, is seeking a Customer Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering professional, personalized support across inquiries, orders, accounts, products, and services.

The role involves helping customers via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels, understanding needs, and providing effective solutions to ensure a smooth experience from first contact to resolution. Onsite work with relocation support is offered.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly, professional customer support via phone, email, chat, and other digital channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, accounts, payments, products, and services.
• Understand customer needs and provide accurate, clear, and relevant information.
• Handle questions, complaints, and concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive, customer-focused approach.
• Support customers in navigating processes, platforms, products, and services.
• Accurately record customer interactions, requests, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
• Identify recurring customer concerns and provide feedback to improve processes.
• Stay up to date with products, services, policies, and procedures through ongoing training.
