CB Talents SP is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Expert to provide roadside assistance to truck drivers. In this role, you will manage inquiries related to breakdown support, delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements include native or C1 level Dutch proficiency, B2 English, and a background in customer service. This position offers a remote work model with performance bonuses and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Native or C1 level proficiency in Dutch is essential.
• B2 level proficiency in English is preferred.
• Experience in a call centre or roadside assistance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for truck drivers' inquiries.
• Manage cases in the CRM, confirming details accurately.
• Dispatch appropriate assistance and handle customer complaints.

Skills

Native or C1 level proficiency in Dutch

B2 level proficiency in English

Solid PC knowledge including MS Office

Strong typing speed

Previous customer service experience
