Job summary

CorpGlobal Consulting seeks an experienced Documentation & Training Officer to support a major European Commission initiative focused on digital services and user enablement. The role blends technical documentation, online learning content, LMS management, and stakeholder collaboration in a multicultural EU environment.

You will create user manuals, training materials, video tutorials, and interactive content, deliver sessions to diverse audiences, and ensure content quality and governance

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional IT experience.
• Experience in online learning design and development, SharePoint, Confluence, Camtasia, Information Systems documentation, MS Project, PowerPoint.
• Experience creating user documentation and delivering training programmes.

Responsibilities

• Create user manuals, quick guides, FAQs, knowledge articles, and technical documentation.
• Design and develop engaging e-learning content and training materials.
• Manage and support Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Produce multimedia learning assets, including video tutorials and screen recordings.
• Deliver training sessions and presentations to large and diverse audiences.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, project managers, and technical teams.
• Ensure documentation standards, governance, version control, and content quality are maintained.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Documentation & Training Officer to support a major European Commission initiative focused on digital services, user enablement, and e-learning delivery.

This role combines technical documentation, training development, learning management, and stakeholder engagement within a multicultural and international environment. The successful consultant will help create high-quality documentation, online learning content, training courses, and user support for business essential systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Create user manuals, quick guides, FAQs, knowledge articles, and technical documentation.
• Design and develop engaging e-learning content and training materials.
• Manage and support Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Produce multimedia learning assets, including video tutorials and screen recordings.
• Deliver training sessions and presentations to large and diverse audiences.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, project managers, and technical teams.

Required Experience
