MEDISTA NV in Belgium seeks a dedicated Dispatcher to join our logistics team. You will coordinate shipments of medical supplies globally and serve as the main contact for drivers to ensure on-time, safe deliveries.

The role requires strong organizational skills and problem-solving, with fluency in English as a plus. Proficiency in MS Office is expected to support daily operations and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Optimize available resources (our own drivers and trucks or external ones) to ensure that all deliveries arrive on time and in good order.
• Organize and coordinate daily transportation schedules to guarantee the department runs efficiently.
• Brief all drivers of their specified schedules to ensure that all deliveries take place correctly and on time in a cost-efficient and high-quality manner.
• Check that transportation and customs documents are in order according to local legislation.
• Manage internal logistics systems to provide the entire organization with accurate, up-to-date information.
• Help solve day-to-day issues on the driver side efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain customer contact when needed to offer an optimal service.

From vaccines and rare medicines to medical devices, MEDISTA is always on the move, literally. We are looking for the right experienced dispatcher to join our team. Proud of your profession, you will have good communication and problem‑solving skills. Your role will be mission‑critical in our highly skilled logistics team since you will be in direct contact with our drivers, who transport medical supplies around the world. Regardless of the consignment or destination, it is up to them (and therefore you) to make sure our shipments arrive at their destinations safe and sound.

Your Role

• You will optimize available resources (our own drivers and trucks or external ones) to ensure that all deliveries arrive on time and in good order.
