Medista NV is seeking a driver (lic. B) to bolster our Belgian pharmaceutical logistics team. You will deliver goods from our warehouses to clients, ensure proper documentation and signatures, and interact with customers as the face of the company.

You will participate in regular GDP-related trainings, follow internal procedures, and resolve day-to-day issues with support from dispatch and internal teams while maintaining a professional, client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid driver license B.
• Willing to work in a pharmaceutical logistics context.
• Be comfortable with client interactions and documentation.

Responsabilités

• Deliver goods from warehouses to clients.
• Oversee correct documentation and signatures.
• Be the face to clients with open, friendly communication.
• Follow GDP procedures and internal rules during trainings.
• Independently solve day-to-day issues with dispatch support.
• Maintain accurate records and report deviations to headquarters.

From vaccines and rare medicines to medical devices, at MEDISTA our drivers are always moving. We are looking to further re-enforce our team of drivers (lic. B). As a driver you are our face towards many of our clients and as such you have a varied role of both driven and interacting with clients.

Your Role

• You will deliver goods from our warehouses to clients
• You oversee the correct documentation and signatures
• You are enthusiastic and motivated with attention to detail
• You apply the procedures rigorously, keeping track of exceptions or touching base with the headquarters when somethings is awry
• You will independently solve day-to-day issues in a pragmatic manner with back up of our dispatches and internal teams via telephone.
• You are comfortable with direct client contact in an open and friendly manner.
• You follow regular trainings on internal rules or GDP-procedures
• During the trainings you contribute to problem solving and improving our ways of working

Your Background

• You master French or Dutch, both is an asset
• You preferably have a first experience in parcel-delivery, GDP-logistics or as a driver.
• You have a basic understanding of the world of pharmaceuticals or are willing to learn.
• Driver license B
