Qualifications

• Hold a PhD in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, or a related field and bring 15+ years of experience in semiconductor R&D or materials analysis.
• Inspiring and strategic leader who aligns diverse stakeholders and empowers teams.
• Strong ability to translate long-term strategies into impactful outcomes in a fast-paced tech environment.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute the strategic vision for imec's characterization and analysis organization.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of scientists, engineers, and managers to deliver insights across materials analysis and metrology.
• Develop talent through coaching and feedback, fostering growth and high performance.
