Qualifications

• PhD in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in semiconductor R&D, characterization or metrology.
• Proven track record leading large, technical or operational organizations.

• As Department Director, define strategic direction for characterization and analysis.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of scientists, engineers, and managers.
• Develop talent through coaching and performance feedback.
