IMEC seeks a Director for 2.5D and 3D Advanced Packaging Technologies to lead development from research to platform deployment. You will align needs across business lines into a coherent technology roadmap and coordinate cross‑functional teams to execute strategic milestones.

You will coach senior experts, influence internal strategies, and represent IMEC in external discussions to drive new business opportunities. Relocation support available for Belgium-based work.

• Experience leading large teams, programs or major technology initiatives.
• Proven ability to align business lines into a coherent technology roadmap.
• Strong communication and organizational skills for diverse groups.

Responsabilités

• Drive development of 2.5D and 3D packaging technologies from research to deployment.
• Represent expert community and align needs of multiple business lines.
• Define and maintain a roadmap balancing objectives with resources.
• Coordinate roadmap execution across technical groups and centers.
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to create new business opportunities.
• Initiate projects bridging technology gaps and creating synergies across programs.
• Collaborate with project leaders to ensure milestone delivery.
• Identify gaps and lead escalation when needed; mentor key experts.
