Job summary

Revolution Medicines, Inc. in BeLux seeks a senior marketing leader to drive launches and manage the oncology portfolio across Belgium and Luxembourg.

You will align European strategy with local execution, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric campaigns and outcomes. You will champion data-driven marketing, optimize omnichannel engagement, and partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access and Field Force, reporting to the Commercial Director, BeLux.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in senior marketing leadership roles in oncology.
• Experience leading product launches, product management, omnichannel management and cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience working within international and/or European Marketing organizations.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; additional French is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of modern digital and data-driven Marketing models.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall commercial leadership and accountability for product launches in Belgium & Luxembourg, ensuring strategic alignment and market execution.
• Set overarching commercial launch strategy and translate European strategies into local launch approaches.
• Orchestrate cross-functional launch readiness across Marketing, Field Force, Strategic Planning, Operations, Medical Affairs, Market Access.
• Develop and deliver compliant promotional materials and sales campaigns for Belgium & Luxembourg.
• Define and develop the optimal promotional mix to support the launch and establishment of Revolution Medicines in the region.
• Drive end-to-end customer experience across the oncology portfolio with a data-driven approach.
