CSL Behring is seeking a Senior Market Access Manager based in Mechelen, Belgium, to lead access strategies for Benelux markets. You will develop and implement pricing, reimbursement and HTA approaches, communicating CSL Behring's value to payers and stakeholders.

In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage relationships with government bodies and payers, and guide tender processes to secure patient access while aligning with corporate policies and ethical standards.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field.
• At least 5+ years pharma market access experience.
• Pricing and reimbursement expertise.
• Experience with Reimbursement & Pricing dossiers to HTA and payer authorities.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Identify optimal access to reimbursement channels within a designated territory.
• Develop market access and reimbursement strategies for Benelux.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop value propositions and HTA arguments.
• Support tenders and monitor regulatory changes.
• Build relationships with payers, government bodies, NGOs and key opinion leaders.
