EY-Parthenon Belgium is seeking a Future Strategy and Transactions Consultant to work across Buy & Sell side due diligence, M&A advisory, and capital management for banks and insurers. You will help define growth strategies, develop financial models, and contribute to strategic client engagements in the financial services sector.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Economics or related field; Corporate Finance is an asset.
• Fluency in French and strong business English; Dutch knowledge is a plus.
• Team spirit with autonomy and strong analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Support buyers or sellers through the transaction process from deal sourcing to post-acquisition integration.
• Develop and review financial models and provide valuations or fairness opinions for various purposes.
• Contribute to strategic engagements in the financial services sector with both qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Research Belgian financial sector trends and analyze financial institutions for client teams.
• Act as a primary contact for top-tier financial services clients and stakeholders.
