Job summary

Everience is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to join an AI-focused tribe within a large financial institution. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach the team, and collaborate with the Product Owner while overseeing a transition of run and lifecycle tasks to an offshore partner in India, freeing up local teams to deliver the target vision.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
Solid English skills for collaboration with local and offshore teams.
Familiarity with Jira and Agile reporting tools.
Experience with automated testing and CI tooling.
Strong grasp of Scrum, Kanban and project management practices.

Responsibilities

Set up and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Retrospective).
Support the Product Owner with backlog management and refinement.
Help the team deliver on Sprint Backlogs and Definition of Done.
Track team capacity and velocity to support planning.
Coach the team, remove blockers, and shield them from distractions.
Champion Agile practices and report on methodology adoption across the organization.
Identify and manage risks and issues as they arise.
