Mediahuis nv seeks an experienced Digital Workplace Manager to lead a 15‑person team within TPS, focusing on digital workplace, collaboration, and IAM. You will translate strategy into actionable plans, ensure secure access, and drive adoption of workplace technologies across an international organization.

You’ll report to the delivery manager Infrastructure and collaborate with security to maintain secure-by-design solutions while aligning with business needs. Dutch and English fluency required.

• 5–10 years of leadership of a multidisciplinary team.
• Experience with international teams is a plus.
• Broad understanding of infrastructure and best practices.
• Fluency in Dutch and excellent English.

Your role includes.

As a Digital Workplace Manager, you’ll be responsible for our group digital workplace team (about 15 persons), focusing on digital workplace & collaboration (DWC) as well as identity & access management (IAM). You’ll contribute to our workplace vision and ensure that all employees can work efficiently with the right access to tools and applications.

In this role you will be reporting directly to the delivery manager Infrastructure.

• You define service line goals and share priorities with the teams
• You translate the strategy into actionable plans and goals
• You deliver workplace and identity as a product with security and user experience by design
• You support other teams in making the right business decisions and implement the right strategy
• You proactively think about the future of Identity & Access Management (IAM) in all our environments (cloud and on premise), with a strong focus on applying security standards and best practices
• You actively collaborate with our security team to ensure secure-by-design solutions and compliance with relevant regulations
• You act as the go-to person for other teams and business stakeholders regarding Identity & Access Management (IAM) and M365 management. You’re able to translate their needs into technical solutions and collaborate to find the right fit.
• You help drive adoption of workplace and IAM solutions through effective change management, communication and user engagement strategies.
• You enable cross team collaboration and knowledge sharing;
• You engage with key business stakeholders across departments to align priorities, manage expectations and translate business needs into technology initiatives.
• You ensure the well-being, motivation and performance of people within the service line teams.

As a true team inspirator, you provide leadership and guidance across various organizational aspects. Previous experience leading a multidisciplinary team (5–10 years) will give you a strong head start. Experience in working with an international team is a bonus.

A broad and high-level understanding of infrastructure and best practices is essential. Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, External Identities, MS 365 Services, Conditional Access, and Multi-Factor Authentication is key for this role.

Since you’ll be working in our group-wide organization, fluency in Dutch is required, you must be excellent in English.
