Atlas Copco Group Belgium is seeking a System Engineer for Team FDA in Wilrijk. You will build, maintain, and scale digital manufacturing solutions, acting as the primary link between production, suppliers and internal teams to ensure secure, compliant digital operations.

You will configure and maintain connected devices, support industrial software, and own the digital twin roadmap while leading projects in a hybrid work setting at our Wilrijk facility.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Automation, Industrial IT, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in an industrial manufacturing environment with hands-on mindset.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch, written and spoken.
• Strong IT/digital systems affinity including basic networking concepts and server administration.
• Experience with Windows-based systems, OT cybersecurity fundamentals, and connected factory hardware.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and project-leadership skills to define roadmaps for digital twin ecosystems.
• Experience as key user / super user for industrial software (MOMS, CAQ, CAD/CAM, SAP, ENOVIA) is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Configure, onboard, and maintain connected industrial devices and ensure seamless integration with factory networks.
• Serve as the main user and contact for manufacturing digital solutions, providing first-line support and leading system updates.
• Own the digital twin roadmap for the department and lead projects to build connected digital twin ecosystems.
• Work in a hybrid model at the Wilrijk facility and collaborate with production, suppliers and IT/OT teams.
