Atlas Copco Airpower N.V. in Wilrijk, Belgium, invites an Architect & Developers Teamlead to shape customer-facing digital solutions and guide a multi-disciplinary engineering team.

You will own end-to-end solution architecture for portals, CRM, CPQ, and integrations, drive DevOps practices, and partner with sales, service, and marketing to deliver scalable, secure, and business-aligned software across digital channels.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in solution architecture, software development, and leading teams.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure, SAP BTP is a plus).
• API design and integration patterns.
• Backend technologies (e.g., .NET, Java).
• Experience with ERP/CRM integrations.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, development, and lifecycle management of customer-facing digital solutions.
• Define and maintain end-to-end solution architecture for customer platforms.
• Govern integration patterns and API/event-driven connections.
• Oversee backend services and cloud-based deployments.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of internal and external developers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, service, and marketing.
• Drive innovation, automation, and standardization across platforms.
