Atlas Copco Group is seeking an Architect & Developers Teamlead in Wilrijk, Belgium. You will lead design, development, and lifecycle management of customer-facing digital solutions across portals, CPQ, CRM, and integrations.

You’ll shape end-to-end architecture, drive API and event-driven patterns, and ensure scalable, secure systems. You will mentor a multidisciplinary team, promote DevOps, and partner with sales, service, and marketing to align IT with business goals.

Qualifications

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in solution architecture and software development, and experience leading development teams in a complex enterprise environment.
Strong knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure, SAP BTP), API design and integration patterns, and backend development technologies (.NET, Java).

Responsabilités

Lead design, development, and lifecycle management of customer-facing digital solutions.
Define and govern end-to-end solution architecture for platforms like portal, webshop, CRM, CPQ, and custom apps.
Drive scalable, secure, and high-quality software through DevOps practices and standards.
Oversee backend services, integrations, and cloud-based implementations.
Build and mentor a multidisciplinary team of internal and external developers.
Foster partnerships with sales, service, and marketing to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Champion standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across platforms.
