Atlas Copco in Wilrijk, Belgium, is seeking a DevOps & CI Platform Engineer to design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting R&D software development. You will ensure reproducible builds, improve pipeline reliability and maintain CI infrastructure in a hybrid working environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as DevOps Engineer, CI Engineer, Software Engineer, or similar.
• Strong Linux expertise and confidence troubleshooting build and pipeline issues.
• Advanced Git knowledge including branching, rebasing, and repository management.
• Strong Python development skills with focus on maintainable automation code.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD architecture and pipeline design (Jenkins + Groovy or equivalent).
• Experience with Docker and reproducible container-based toolchains.

• Own and evolve the automation backbone for multiple development teams.
• Ensure reproducibility of builds and stability of pipelines.
• Improve pipeline reliability and performance.
• Maintain CI infrastructure and implement automation.
• Safeguard quality gates, traceability, and release processes.
• Promote infrastructure as code and reusable pipeline components.
