EY Belgium is seeking a Digital Transformation Consultant to help banks and insurers reinvent customer journeys and digital capabilities. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design strategies, analyze data, and drive delivery from ideation to implementation in a dynamic, globally connected environment.

With 2–6 years in consulting or financial services, you’ll bring business English fluency and, ideally, French or Dutch.

Qualificações

• Master degree in a relevant field.
• 2–6 years of professional experience in consulting or financial services.
• Business English fluent; French and/or Dutch a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Agile, Scrum or similar project management knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of banking or insurance products is an asset.

Responsabilidades

• Designing and refining digital strategies for banking and insurance clients.
• Gathering client insights using research methods and developing strategic initiatives.
• Contributing to EY's competence team and business growth.
• Managing projects from inception to delivery, including planning and staffing.
• Ensuring customer-centric delivery of digital solutions.
• Sharing domain knowledge to enhance capabilities.
