delaware BeLux is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead end-to-end Salesforce projects, ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and apply your consultancy experience to tailor Salesforce solutions.

Fluency in Dutch and English, plus a proven CRM project background of at least four years, are essential. You will proactively manage risks, keep projects on track and on budget, and help grow the Salesforce team at delaware BeLux.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience managing projects within a CRM environment.
• Background in consultancy or a customer-facing context.
• Salesforce knowledge is a big plus.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proactive thinking and strong communication in Dutch & English.

The Salesforce team at delaware is a growing team of 40 Salesforce professionals, dedicated to helping their client's businesses grow by implementing and customizing Salesforce solutions according to the needs of the client.

To make sure all those projects run smoothly, we are looking for a dedicated Project Manager.

Your responsibilities:

• You will take the lead in managing end-to-end Salesforce projects, making sure everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
• Make sure that your projects stay on track, on budget, and on time.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, bringing your positivity, problem-solving acumen and expertise to the table.
• Address project challenges head-on, using creative problem-solving techniques and resourcefulness.

Is there a match?

• You have a proven track record of +4 years in managing projects within a CRM environment
• You have a background in consultancy or a similar customer facing context
• Salesforce knowledge is a big plus!
• You have stellar organizational skills and a knack for multitasking.
• You rarely encounter surprises since proactive thinking is in your blood.
• You have excellent communication skills in Dutch & English.
