asUgo is seeking a Salesforce Project Manager to lead end-to-end Salesforce and digital transformation projects within a fast-paced, people-first consulting environment.
You will orchestrate delivery, manage client relationships, and ensure alignment between business expectations and technical execution, coordinating cross-functional teams across operational and executive levels.
Are you a #structured, #client-centric, and #impact-driven Project Manager ready to lead Salesforce projects and build strong client partnerships?
We’re looking for someone who thrives in complex environments, enjoys aligning stakeholders around a shared vision, and knows how to turn business ambitions into concrete delivery plans. If you're passionate about project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and driving value through Salesforce - this role is for you!
As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will play a central role in orchestrating end-to-end project delivery, managing client relationships, and ensuring alignment between business expectations and technical execution within a fast-paced, people-first consulting environment.
You struggle to manage multiple stakeholders with different expectations.
You avoid taking ownership of project outcomes (scope, timeline, budget).
You don’t enjoy coordinating teams or making decisions in uncertain contexts.
You prefer execution over structuring and anticipating.
You are not comfortable challenging clients or driving alignment.
YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Salesforce Project Manager, your mission will include:
Lead end-to-end Salesforce and digital transformation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.
Define, validate, and maintain project plans, governance, and delivery frameworks.
Act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders (from operational to executive level).
Build strong, trust-based relationships and proactively manage expectations.
Identify risks, opportunities, and upsell potential within existing accounts.
Manage project staffing (3–10 people), planning, and financials (margin follow-up, invoicing, recovery).
Ensure optimal allocation of resources and maintain project profitability.
Anticipate, track, and mitigate risks through structured governance and reporting.
Provide visibility to internal project boards on project health, risks, and opportunities.
Support clients in defining business cases and structuring transformation roadmaps.
Challenge and refine business requirements to ensure feasibility and value delivery.
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (consultants, developers, architects, change experts).
Foster collaboration, clarity, and engagement across all contributors.
Act as Scrum Master to promote agile practices and continuous improvement.
Enable teams to deliver iteratively and efficiently.
Support clients in change management and ensure successful user adoption.
Oversee training strategies and stakeholder engagement plans.
Deliver a validated project plan or a first milestone with strong client endorsement.
Set up a robust governance framework, including risk management and reporting.
Actively contribute to staffing and resource planning discussions.
At asUgo, we’re rethinking consulting: more agile, more human, and more impactful.
We value ownership, trust, and continuous learning — and we empower our people to lead, grow, and make a real difference.
