Job summary

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Digital Marketing & Communications Consultant for a client-site consultancy role, splitting time between on-site and homeworking. You will own project delivery, align content with client strategy, and drive external content calendars to ensure on-brand messaging.

You will lead content creation, monitor performance, report insights, and support sales with campaigns and tools, while maintaining strong client relationships and executive-level communication.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Communication, Economics, or Marketing.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing and communications.
• Experience in project management and implementation of communication strategies within the financial industry.
• Excellent writing and editing skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and communication techniques/tools.
• Strong organizational insight, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication, diplomacy, customer orientation with commercial awareness.
• Proactive attitude and strong team spirit.
• Language proficiency: Dutch, French, and English (written and spoken).
• 50% on-site and 50% homeworking.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact and product owner for projects.
• Be the go-to person, showing ownership and leadership throughout the engagement.
• Align content with client strategy, developing content linked to pillars for consistent messaging.
• Plan, create, and track an external content calendar to ensure on-brand delivery.
• Deliver cohesive, high-impact content to drive engagement and support client objectives.
• Monitor organic content performance and track campaigns for reach and conversions.
• Report monthly insights and suggest optimisations to improve results.
• Own the media plan and coordinate with performance agencies.
• Bridge marketing communications and sales with assets like tools and campaigns.
• Ensure marketing communications enable sales and improve customer experience.
• Develop various communication/promotional strategies for client services or products.
• Oversee production of articles and press releases addressing client goals.
• Facilitate cross-organizational communication and inform employees effectively.
