Capco seeks a Functional Analyst – Digital Assets to bridge business and technology for blockchain and tokenization initiatives. You will translate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate with financial institutions on Digital Asset transformation.

The role requires 5+ years in functional analysis within banking or financial services, strong requirements gathering, and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, APIs, and system integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
• Experience within banking, insurance, payments, or financial services.
• Proven experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong functional analysis and requirements gathering skills.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, APIs, and system integrations.

Responsabilités

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
• Design functional solutions and assess their feasibility and business impact.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and Product Owners throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Support system enhancements, testing, production releases, and post-go-live improvements.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and development teams in an Agile environment.
• Ensure solutions comply with security, architecture, and regulatory standards.
