Capco is a global business and technology consultancy specializing in financial services. We are seeking a Functional & Technical Analyst to translate complex requirements into precise solution designs, focusing on APIs, data flows, and system integrations across modern and legacy platforms.

You will map end-to-end application flows, define technical specifications, and support testing and incident resolution while collaborating with architects, engineers and business stakeholders to ensure

Qualifications

Experience in technical analysis or software engineering translating functional needs into technical designs.
Proven work with APIs and system integration including API contracts and data exchanges.
Strong SQL knowledge to investigate data flows and troubleshoot issues.
Ability to document architecture and interactions using diagrams and specs.
Experience supporting integration testing and production issue resolution.

Responsabilités

Map end-to-end application flows and identify dependencies between services, databases and interfaces.
Analyze and specify API integrations, including contracts and data mapping.
Translate functional needs into detailed technical specs, diagrams, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Assess solution options with architects and engineers and identify risks and constraints.
Investigate data and system behavior using SQL and diagnostic information.
Support integration and end-to-end testing, prepare test scenarios and data.
Analyze production incidents, identify root causes and coordinate fixes.
Maintain documentation of architecture and interface behavior through delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure design meets business needs.
