You will join Capco's technology consulting team, working with solution architects, engineers, analysts and delivery specialists on complex systems within financial services. Together, you will help clients evolve applications and integrations that need to remain reliable while their technology landscape changes. The team combines detailed technical analysis with an understanding of how banking processes work in practice.
We are looking for a Functional & Technical Analyst who can investigate how applications work end to end and turn complex requirements into precise, implementable solution designs. You will sit close to the technology: analyzing APIs, data flows, application components and integrations across modern and legacy systems.
Working with architects and development teams, you will define how systems should interact, challenge technical assumptions and help resolve issues through testing and production. Your functional understanding will help ensure that the solution also meets the underlying business need.
Experience in banking or another regulated sector, and exposure to both modern services and legacy platforms, will be valuable. A background in Java or .NET environments, and familiarity with REST, Swagger/OpenAPI, Postman, UML, BPMN, Jira or Confluence, can help you get up to speed.
At Capco, you can work on challenging transformation initiatives with leading financial institutions while developing your skills alongside experienced business and technology professionals. You will be part of an international, inclusive team that values curiosity, collaboration and the freedom to #BeYourselfAtWork.
If you enjoy getting to the bottom of how systems work and designing integrations that hold up in practice, we would love to hear from you.
