Capco is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to help financial institutions tackle fraud prevention and regulatory challenges. You will bridge business, risk, operations, and technology to define concrete processes and solutions.

You will analyze fraud prevention and detection workflows, translate complex requirements into actionable user stories, and support real-time monitoring initiatives across banking and insurance clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in fraud or risk domains.

Responsabilités

• Analyse and redesign fraud prevention and detection processes.
• Translate requirements into functional solutions and user stories.
• Define requirements for real-time fraud monitoring and decisioning.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across Fraud, Risk, Payments, Operations, IT and Compliance.
• Support design of fraud operating models including governance and processes.
