All Colors of Communication is seeking an experienced Digital Account Manager to help define clients' digital pathways and guide them to measurable results.
You’ll liaise with clients and internal teams to translate business goals into a clear, actionable digital strategy covering websites, campaigns, SEO/SEA, and analytics. You’ll balance hands-on execution with strategic oversight and learning opportunities for the client.
We're looking for an experienced Digital Account Manager who helps define where our clients need to go digitally - and then helps them get there.
You don't need to build websites yourself or be the biggest specialist in every digital channel. But you do need to understand how everything works together. From websites and webshops to campaigns, SEO, SEA, GEO, analytics and performance.
Because for us, digital isn't about using as many tools or channels as possible. It's about knowing what you want to achieve, making it measurable, understanding the results and continuously improving.
As Digital Account Manager, you're an important sparring partner for both our clients and our internal teams.
You listen to what a client wants to achieve, ask the right questions and translate business and communication objectives into a clear digital approach.
That might start with a new website or webshop built by our developers. But it doesn't stop there. How do we get the right people to that website? How do we make sure a brand gets found in Google and on AI platforms? Which campaigns do we run? What do we measure? What do we learn from it? And most importantly: what do we improve next?
You look at the bigger digital picture and bring the right expertise together. Strategy, content, design, development, performance and marketing: you make sure everyone knows what we're working towards and why.
Your knowledge of digital goes beyond presentations. You understand how websites work, the impact of SEO, SEA and GEO, and how to analyse a dashboard from the client’s perspective. But you're just as willing to roll up your sleeves and help set up, adjust and optimise campaigns yourself.
You don't need to be the top specialist in every discipline. You do need to know and understand enough to get hands-on, make strong choices and challenge our specialists on the substance.
You have at least 5 years of relevant experience in account management, digital marketing or a similar role.
More importantly, you're good with people. You understand clients, sense what they need and communicate just as easily with a marketing manager as with a developer or performance specialist.
You also have a broad digital foundation. You don't need to be a specialist in everything, but you know enough to ask the right questions, make decisions, get hands-on yourself and challenge specialists.
More specifically:
Plenty of trust and room to shape your role. You'll work with clients where digital can genuinely make a difference and get the freedom to help decide how we make that happen. You're not here just to pass on briefs: your knowledge, ideas and critical eye matter.
You’ll join a team with different areas of expertise and solid knowledge of their craft. Strategy, content, design, development, performance, PR and marketing all work closely together. You don't need to do everything yourself. You'll have plenty of expertise around you to create stronger work together.
And there's variety. One day you're discussing a digital roadmap with a client, the next you're diving into campaign results or sitting down with our developers to discuss a new website. After that, it might be a dashboard, an optimisation or a new opportunity you've spotted with a client. Digital never stands still, and neither does this job.
We don't want you to stand still either. Through training, external expertise and plenty of knowledge sharing within the team, you keep up with new technology, AI, changing search behaviour and everything that will work differently tomorrow than it does today.
Communication is a people business. That's why we're looking for someone who enjoys being around colleagues and values spending time together at the office. We work from Kobbegem and Zele and we're flexible when working from home makes more sense - but we're not a remote-first agency.
At the same time, we care about a healthy work-life balance and flexibility when life calls for it. Doing great work and enjoying your job can absolutely go together.
And because collaboration is crucial in this role, you'll also meet your future colleagues during the recruitment process. After all, they should be just as keen to work with you as our clients are.
Sounds like your kind of digital? We’d like to meet you.
