Aikido-Security in Belgium is seeking a Professional Services lead to own the successful delivery of Aikido for customers with complex requirements. You’ll combine technical expertise with strong project management to coordinate all parties involved and get customers live, enabled, and successful.

You will be highly organized, able to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders, manage multiple projects, and navigate a fast-moving environment with high ownership.

• Strong technical background with enterprise software and APIs.
• Excellent project management skills for complex implementations.
• Able to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own projects from kickoff through successful delivery.
• Manage scope, milestones, stakeholders, dependencies, and timelines.
• Coordinate technical delivery across the customer, Aikido, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate hardware dependencies where relevant.
• Deliver technical training, runbooks, and architecture documentation.
• Identify blockers early and drive them to resolution.
