Aikido Security BV is building a brand-new pentesting product and is seeking its first Customer Security Engineer (pentest) to own end-to-end engagements with customers. You will guide clients before, during, and after tests, translate findings into actionable remediation steps, and work closely with our AI pentesting team to improve accuracy and impact.

Qualifications

• Hands-on pentesting experience.
• Comfortable working directly with customers.
• Strong application or infrastructure security skills.
• Clear communicator, technical but human.
• OSCP, OSWE, CREST, or similar is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Guide customers end-to-end through pentests, ensuring high-quality engagements.
• Act as the primary technical contact for test setups, scope, and results.
• Translate findings into prioritized remediation steps for teams.
• Collaborate with the AI pentesting team to improve accuracy and impact.
