Aikido Security BV is seeking a skilled engineer-turned-delivery lead to own and deliver complex security projects for customers with varying requirements. You will coordinate across customers, Aikido, and partners, ensuring on-time, high-quality results.

The role emphasizes strong project management, clear communication, and the ability to navigate technically diverse environments while maintaining focus on customer success and rapid delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex security/enterprise software implementations.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly organized with multi-project ownership and pragmatic delivery.

Responsabilités

• Own projects from kickoff through successful delivery and closure.
• Manage scope, milestones, stakeholders, dependencies, and timelines.
• Coordinate technical delivery across the customer, Aikido, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate hardware dependencies where relevant.
• Deliver technical training, runbooks, and architecture documentation.
• Identify blockers early and drive them to resolution.
