Job summary

Aikido is hiring for a Professional Services delivery role in Belgium. You will own projects from kickoff through successful delivery, coordinating across the customer, Aikido, and other stakeholders to ensure live, enabled, and successful outcomes.

Ideal candidates bring a strong technical background with enterprise software and APIs, excellent project management skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a fast-moving environment.

As part of Professional Services, you’ll own the successful delivery of Aikido for customers with more complex requirements. You’ll combine technical expertise with strong project management to coordinate all parties involved and get customers live, enabled, and successful.
