Aikido Security is seeking a Medior/Senior Customer Success Engineer in Belgium to bridge customers and our platform, driving adoption, value realization, and churn protection. You’ll act as the crucial link between customers and our security platform.

You will engage with at-risk accounts, lead onboarding and training, and collaborate with the product team to share insights and resolve complex workflow challenges. This role requires technical acumen, strong communication, and independence.

Qualifications

• Medior/Senior profile with prior experience in customer success, technical account management, or a similar role.
• Experience in AppSec is a must.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to debug and investigate technical workflows.
• Strong communication and proactive, with a get stuff done mindset.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Engage with 'accounts at risk' to prevent churn.
• Drive product adoption and maximize customer value.
• Escalate complex issues.
