Job summary

++addmore, a Belgium-based product launch studio, seeks a Design Engineer who blends design and engineering. You’ll design in Figma and translate concepts into live code, or push straight to Claude Code, shipping high-quality interfaces and interactions.

You’ll collaborate across disciplines, iterating quickly in a fast-paced startup ecosystem. You’ll work with AI-powered tooling while upholding security, accessibility, and maintainability standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype: from Figma to working prototype in Claude Code or similar tools.
• Review AI-generated code for quality, security, accessibility, and maintainability before client delivery.
• Create interfaces with meaningful motion and interactive behavior directly in code.
• Build internal tools, automations, and workflow shortcuts to improve efficiency.
• Prototype for real users and conduct usability testing with end customers.
