Job summary

++addmore is a Belgium-based product launch studio where design meets engineering. As a Design Engineer you’ll translate ideas from Figma into production code, sometimes skipping handoff and building directly in Claude Code or similar tools.

You’ll work with AI-assisted workflows, review code for quality, accessibility, and security, ship fast for startups, and run workshops to shape the narrative and the product. This role sits at the intersection of brand, product, and code.

Responsibilities

• Design it, then build it: Figma to working prototype in Claude Code, Cursor, or current sharpest tool.
• Work AI-native, not AI-dependent: AI writes code and visuals; you review for quality, security, accessibility and maintainability before client use.
• Make interfaces move: implement motion and interaction in code as part of the design.
• Build the tools we work with: internal tools, automations, workflow shortcuts. If something gets done manually three times, you’ll fix it.
• Prototype for real people: interactive showcases that make design intent tangible, then usability testing with end users.
• Bring the room with you: run workshops, share findings, narrate your process.
