++addmore is a Belgium-based product launch studio seeking a Design Engineer who blends design and engineering. You’ll design in Figma and bring ideas to life in Claude Code or similar, often using AI-assisted tooling.

You’ll ship features, iterate quickly with the team, ensure accessibility and maintainability, and help shape the narrative across brand, product, and code during European launches.

Qualifications

• Prototyping in Figma and turning designs into working code.
• Ability to review AI-generated code for quality, security and accessibility.
• Strong communication to narrate design decisions and trade-offs.

Responsabilités

• Design it, then build it: move from Figma to prototype or straight to code.
• Work AI-native: review and refine AI-generated visuals and code.
• Make interfaces move with smooth, functional motion in code.
• Create internal tools and automations to improve workflows.
• Prototype for real users and run usability tests with end customers.
• Share findings and narrate process in workshops with the team.
