++addmore® is a Belgium-based product launch studio that helps startups define why they exist and how to show it. You’ll design AI-native concepts, build visual language, and collaborate with strategists and writers to craft campaigns that scale across assets.

The work is public and fast-moving, offering hands-on production of websites, landing pages and motion-ready visuals. You’ll own the design direction, run workshops, and translate feedback into concrete design directions while maintaining

Qualifications

Portfolio showing brand, campaign, web, social, deck or product-marketing work.
Experience designing brand systems and campaigns for startups or tech products.
Ability to explain design decisions and show thinking through work.
Comfort presenting concepts and design directions to clients and teams.

Responsabilités

Design AI-native concepts and visuals, iterating from ideas to polished assets.
Set direction by facilitating workshops and translating ideas into actionable designs.
Develop and maintain a scalable visual language and design system.
Produce websites, landing pages, case studies, social assets and emails.
Create tangible prototypes and motion to convey intent to clients.
