Envista, via its DEXIS division, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to drive subscription revenue by proactively engaging customers. You will manage the full sales cycle over the phone, identify new opportunities, and support field sales teams as needed.

You will promote DEXIS SW solutions, ensure renewals, and build strong relationships with end users while documenting activity in Salesforce. Strong German and English skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong understanding of sales processes.
• Familiarity with Dental industry or Capital Business products is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Achieve agreed-upon sales targets within defined timelines.
• Promote and upsell DEXIS SW (DTX) solutions and SLAs to existing and potential customers.
• Ensure timely subscription renewals and customer retention.
• Drive proactive outreach and engagement for DEXIS SW (DTX) solutions.
• Manage cold and warm leads through structured calling and qualification.
• Convert SQLs into Opportunities with the commercial team.
• Identify upsell opportunities within the existing install base.
• Schedule and promote remote demonstrations of DTX solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with end users and document in CRM.
• Conduct post-sales follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and uncover additional business potential.
• Respond to product inquiries and connect customers with product experts.
