Job summary

Michael Page International (Belgium) is seeking an Account Manager Medical Devices for East Flanders & Antwerp to grow existing accounts and hunt new business among hospitals, dental practices, and labs.

You will drive sales of implants, prosthetics and digital workflows, educate professionals, and collaborate with internal teams; Dutch native and English fluency required, with 3+ years in pharma/Medtech.

Qualifications

• +3 years of experience as Account Manager in Pharma or Medtech
• Experience in both direct and indirect sales with farming and hunting
• Experience or strong interest in dental products
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Structured, proactive, KPI driven and CRM updates
• Autonomous, disciplined, and results-oriented with collaborative mindset

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing accounts (~65% farming) and acquire new customers (~35% hunting) with dental professionals and stakeholders
• Drive sales of dental implants, prosthetics, and digital solutions for hospitals, clinics and labs
• Understand customer needs and provide complete solutions from data capture to final delivery
• Educate dental professionals on product benefits, utilization and digital workflows
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service and product delivery
• Organize workshops and participate in trade shows
