Straumann Group in Oost-Vlaanderen/Antwerpen seeks an Account Manager specializing in dental implant workflows to drive sales and support the patient journey from acceptance to final prosthetics.

You will educate dental professionals, build lasting relationships with clinics and laboratories, and collaborate with clinical, technical, and marketing teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• Field sales/account management experience.
• Dental Practice or digital dentistry background is an advantage.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Digitally enabled.
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office - Word/Excel).
• Dutch language (native) & English.
• Team player.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales: Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organizations products/Services.
• End-to-End Workflow Management: Support and guide clients through the entire workflow, ensuring smooth coordination from initial patient acceptance and diagnostic data capture to surgery and final prosthetic delivery.
• Client Education: Educate dental professionals on the benefits, applications, and clinical aspects of dental implant products and digital workflows.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dental professionals and clinics to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (clinical, technical, marketing) to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
• Market Insights: Analyzes the territory potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the organization.
• Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and gives presentations to existing and prospective customers. Participates in trade shows and conventions.
• Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
• Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
